This guide will show you how to add emissions data for third-party services used in the manufacturing process of the product(s) you’re building a PCF for.

For example, if steel components are sent to a third party for welding, or logistics services are outsourced for material or product transport between facilities, the associated emissions from these third-party services must be included in the PCF as they form part of the product's upstream lifecycle.

If there are no external services used within the manufacturing process of this product, you can skip this step.
